Terms & Conditions

  • 50% payment due at the time of booking

  • Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

  • Christmas/New Years Stays - Balance due in full September 15, no refunds after September 15

  • Cancellations more than 60 days in advance of arrival receive a refund less 3% credit card processing fee

  • Cancellations made 60 days or fewer in advance of arrival are nonrefundable

  • Reservations made 60 days or fewer in advance of arrival date require full payment at the time of booking and are nonrefundable

  • A $375.00 security damage deposit is required.  This is taken in the form of a credit card hold 24 hours prior to arrival. The hold is released within 3 - 5 days after departure pending no damage is reported by the housekeeper and/or property manager.

  • After the booking is accepted the guest will receive a rental agreement, this must be electronically signed and submitted within 24 hours of the booking

  • The guest responsible for booking and payment is required to submit an ID within 48 hours of signing the rental agreement.  This is required to protect against fraudulent charges.

  • Failure to provide a credit card for the final payment or the security damage deposit within the required time as defined in the rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled
