50% payment due at the time of booking

Reservations made 14 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at the time of booking

Balance due 14 days before arrival

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival receive a 100% refund less $200.00 management fee

Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival receive a 50% refund less $200.00 management fee

Cancelations made 7 days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable

Christmas/New Year Bookings - balance due in full 30 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds 30 days or fewer before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

A $375.00 security damage deposit is required. This is taken in the form of a credit card hold 4 days before arrival. The hold is released within 3 - 5 days after departure pending no damage is reported by the housekeeper and/or property manager.

After the booking is accepted the guest will receive a rental agreement, this must be electronically signed and submitted within 24 hours of the booking

Failure to provide a credit card for the final payment or the security damage deposit within the required time as defined in the rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled with no refund of any monies paid
