Payment

​

• 50% payment due at the time of booking

• Reservations made 30 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at the time of booking

• Balance due 30 days before arrival

Cancellation

​

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival receive a 100% refund less 6% of the total amount paid

• Cancelations made 30 days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable

• Christmas/New Year Bookings - full payment due 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

• Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds 60 days or fewer before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

Security Damage Deposit

​

• A security damage deposit hold of $375.00 placed on credit card 2 days before arrival

• Damage deposit hold released 3-5 days after departure pending no damage to the property

Rental Agreement

​

• Rental agreement and current identification required to finalize booking

• Failure to complete and sign the rental agreement and upload ID will result in the reservation being cancelled
