• 50% payment due at the time of booking

• Reservations made 30 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at the time of booking

• Balance due 30 days before arrival

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival receive a 100% refund less 6% of the total amount paid

• Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund less 6% of the total amount paid

• Cancelations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable

• Christmas/New Year Bookings - full payment due 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

• Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds 60 days or fewer before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

• A $375.00 security damage deposit is required.  This is taken in the form of a credit card hold 2 days before arrival. The hold is released within 3 - 5 days after departure pending no damage is reported by the housekeeper and/or property manager.

• After the booking is accepted the guest will receive a rental contract, this must be electronically signed and submitted within 24 hours of the booking.  The booking is not complete until the rental agreement is signed and submitted.

• Failure to provide a credit card for the final payment or the security damage deposit hold within the required time as defined in the rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled with no refund of any monies paid
