2021 Bookings*​

  • 25% payment due at the time of booking

  • Reservations made 14 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at the time of booking

  • Balance due 14 days before arrival

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a 100% refund less $200.00 management fee

  • Cancelations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund less $200.00 management fee

  • Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable

  • Christmas/New Year Bookings - balance due in full 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

  • Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds inside 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

  • A $375.00 security damage deposit is required.  This is taken in the form of a credit card hold 3 days before arrival. The hold is released within 3 - 5 days after departure pending no damage is reported by the housekeeper and/or property manager.

  • After the booking is accepted the guest will receive a rental agreement, this must be electronically signed and submitted within 24 hours of the booking

  • The guest responsible for booking and payment is required to submit an ID within 48 hours of signing the rental agreement.  This is required to protect against fraudulent charges.

  • Failure to provide a credit card for the final payment or the security damage deposit within the required time as defined in the rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled with no refund of any monies paid

2022 Bookings*

  • 50% payment due at the time of booking

  • Reservations made 30 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at the time of booking

  • Balance due 30 days before arrival

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a 100%  refund less $200.00 management fee

  • Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival receive a 50% refund less $200.00 management fee

  • Cancelations made inside 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable

  • Christmas/New Year Bookings - balance due in full 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

  • Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds inside 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

*If due to Covid 19 the Cayman Islands government prevents the arrival of commercial aircraft or requires a lengthy quarantine for visitors the guest will be offered the opportunity to apply funds to new vacation dates (additional fees may apply) or offered a 100% refund less $200.00 management fee.  This offer is ONLY valid in the event of the Cayman Islands government limiting access to the Cayman Islands.  This offer does not apply to guests testing positive for Covid 19 or being unable/unwilling to meet the Cayman Islands entry requirements.  Entry requirements will be posted on this website as they are updated by the Cayman Islands government.
