25% payment due at the time of booking

Reservations made 14 days or fewer in advance of arrival date require full payment at the time of booking

Balance due 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a refund less $200.00 processing fee

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer in advance of the arrival date are nonrefundable

Christmas/New Year Bookings - balance due in full 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

Christmas/New Year Bookings - no refunds inside 60 days before the Christmas/New Year arrival date

A $375.00 security damage deposit is required. This is taken in the form of a credit card hold 3 days prior to arrival. The hold is released within 3 - 5 days after departure pending no damage is reported by the housekeeper and/or property manager.

After the booking is accepted the guest will receive a rental agreement, this must be electronically signed and submitted within 24 hours of the booking

The guest responsible for booking and payment is required to submit an ID within 48 hours of signing the rental agreement. This is required to protect against fraudulent charges.

Failure to provide a credit card for the final payment or the security damage deposit within the required time as defined in the rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled
