Renovation Update ~ May 31, 2019

We are counting down the days until the Villa SeaRenity renovation is complete. Let me be honest, this place is going to be stunning.  From the amazing custom staircase to the incredible views from the balcony you simply won't find a better place to spend your Grand Cayman vacation.

Thanks to the excellent assistance of Donna with Total Window Fashions, window treatments are ordered and will be installed in the coming weeks.  The Encompass Cayman team continues to amaze us with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and completed AHEAD of schedule.  The folks with CICA and Deluxe Freight are helping make the process of shipping all of our furnishings from Miami to Grand Cayman a stress-free and streamlined process.  Mel, our patient, dependable and efficient property manager is an amazing part of our Villa SeaRenity team, you will meet her when you stay with us and you will agree she is a jewel.

I'd be remiss not to mention the following vendors that went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service.  Bay Photo Lab, Comphy, Royal Pillow, GDF Studio, and A & S Suppliers.

Take a look at a few pictures of the progress and know the next time this page is updated you will be redirected to "The Villa" page to take a visual tour of Villa SeaRenity.  We can't wait to host you on your next trip to Grand Cayman.

Renovation Update ~ May 13, 2019

Beautiful and durable COREtec Mont Blanc Driftwood flooring is installed throughout the villa and covered with protective material to prevent damage as Encompass Cayman moves forward with completing what is soon to be an amazing property.  The custom cabinets by Pooley Cabinets are installed and awaiting their Caesarstone countertops. The tile work in both the downstairs and upstairs showers is close to completion with gorgeous field tile and elegant sliced stone accent tile matching the sliced stone shower floors.  The first coat of paint has been applied and later this week the next coat will grace the walls.

Up doors and windows, appliances, baseboards, finish out details, and last but not least the amazing mono stringer staircase will be installed.  Can't wait to show you those pictures.  Keep an eye out for the official unveiling of the finished product.  We promise you won't be disappointed.
